We have been looking for ways to keep your prescription costs as low as possible. We saw a rise in our costs and it was with deep regret that we had to pass on a portion of those costs to you. The most effective way to accomplish this goal is by trimming some of our fixed costs. Therefore, we have decided to become a “closed door” pharmacy located just north of Frisco in Prosper, Texas.
What is a Closed Door Pharmacy? For years celebrities have used closed door pharmacies to protect their privacy. We are and will continue to be a licensed pharmacy with a licensed pharmacist on staff preparing, filling and counseling you on your medication. We are still regulated through the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. The only thing that changes is how you get your prescription.
Why a closed door pharmacy model? It will allow us more time to focus on your healthcare. Currently, we spend 80% of our time with walk-in traffic that takes us away from you, your questions and your needs. With this move it will allow us to refocus our efforts to your healthcare needs.
How will you get your prescription? We will ship. We saw a dramatic shift in our shipping requests this last summer. Let's face it, we live in a fast paced society, where time is a precious commodity. It only makes sense to trim some time and have your prescription sent to you. What is your time worth and is it best spent sitting in traffic? Recently, we have introduced a shipping program that can help with those shipping costs. We currently offer two ways to ship; either by USPS Priority Mail (1- 3 days) or UPS Ground (usually next day in the metroplex).
What services will be offered? In addition to filling and shipping your prescriptions, we will still be available for consultations. Saliva Testing will still be available along with your favorite OTC Supplements.
